1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at londonandglow.ca, booking a consultation, or receiving services from London and Glow Ltd.(“London & Glow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

London & Glow provides physician-led medical aesthetic consultations and treatments, including but not limited to: neuromodulator injections (Botox), dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation therapies, and hormone skin therapy. Our services are open to adults seeking physician-led aesthetic medicine, with particular expertise in treating skin changes associated with hormonal transitions.

Our services constitute medical aesthetics — a specialist area of medicine applied to cosmetic and skin health outcomes. They are not a substitute for general medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of other conditions outside the scope of aesthetic medicine. For concerns about your general health, hormonal wellbeing, or other medical conditions, please consult your primary care physician or an appropriate specialist.

All treatments are performed by, or under the direct supervision of, a licensed physician. Treatment plans are individualised to each client following a medical consultation.

3. Booking & Deposits

Deposit

A refundable deposit of $50.00 CAD is required to secure your consultation appointment. This deposit is applied toward your treatment balance on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours or more notice: Your deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
• Less than 48 hours notice: Your deposit will be forfeited. This policy exists because short-notice cancellations are difficult to fill and represent a cost to the clinic.
• No-show: Your deposit will be forfeited and we reserve the right to require a deposit for all future bookings.

To cancel your appointment, please contact us at hello@londonandglow.ca as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice are treated as cancellations under the cancellation policy above.

4. Payment

The $50 deposit is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. The remaining balance for your treatment is due in full at the clinic on the day of your appointment.

We accept the following payment methods at the clinic: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, and cash. We do not accept cheques.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Treatment prices are confirmed at your consultation and may vary based on the treatment plan agreed upon.

5. Medical Disclaimer

All aesthetic treatments involve inherent risks. These risks, along with the expected outcomes and alternatives, will be discussed in detail at your consultation before any treatment is performed. Your informed consent will be obtained prior to any procedure.

Results vary between individuals. Aesthetic outcomes depend on many factors including skin type, hormonal status, lifestyle, and individual response to treatment. We do not guarantee specific results. Before and after photographs shared in our marketing represent individual client outcomes and are not indicative of results every client will achieve.

The content on our website, including articles, blog posts, and educational material, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or a relevant specialist regarding any medical condition you may have.

If you experience any unexpected symptoms, side effects, or complications following a treatment, please contact us immediately and, where appropriate, seek emergency medical care.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the London & Glow website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, treatment descriptions, blog articles, and the overall design — is the property of London and Glow Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, London and Glow Ltd., its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you have a booking at the time of any changes, the Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Trademark Notices

Botox®is a registered trademark of Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company. Botox® (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine. London & Glow is not affiliated with Allergan or AbbVie. The use of the Botox® name on this website is for descriptive purposes only and refers to the licensed product used by our physicians.

All other product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners.
